About Me

I really don’t care for the title’s as it seems to be a very trendy die-t at the moment. So to share my life with you I’m going to start by saying that I eat foods that are found in nature in it’s sun kissed natural state. I’m also found in nature along with the animals, but I don’t eat their flesh, I’m here to be in tuned with nature and learn from the animals that surrounds me. My daily food consumption consists of uncooked leafy greens, fresh fruits, grains and nuts. I dedicate my days to conscious living, eating clean meals, juicing, cleansing, exercise and spiritual devotions for abundant living.

After experimenting with my body between raw and uncooked meals, I immediately saw the effects both foods had on my weight, digestion, skin, emotional wellbeing and health. Even though at times I would cheat eating a little cooked meal here and there, I knew of the healing benefits of eating greens, fruits and other vegetables in it’s uncooked state. I’m an avid juicer, have fasted on green juices for 40 days, with tremendous energy healing benefits. I can surely attest that the key to wellness, abundant health and a dis-ease free life is through consuming fruits and vegetables in it’s natural and uncooked state. These types of foods helps our internal organs maintain equilibrium.
